“You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt has become tasteless, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled under foot by men.

A. This verse is actually about salvation! If we lose saltiness we lose effectiveness and even our salvation if we are not clearly Christian. Be either hot or cold and walk the narrow road of life. JESUS came and walked the narrow road of life and we too must walk the narrow road to heaven! Dont be deceived by cheap grace fake salvation theology that is NOT biblical.
B. As believers and disciples we cannot witness unless we are salty or one that is power filled of God and preserves God’s grace. Losing saltiness is serious business and how we finish and not just how we start the faith life!
C. Father God! We pray in Jesus name that we are salty and filled with light and we live as your effective witnesses! Grant us the grace and power to walk the narrow road of life. In Jesus name amen.
